In 2021, Tree Survey was hired to provide arboricultural services to support the development application and technical documentation.
Our work included a detailed Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment, involving on-site verification of tree locations, species and condition to establish a reliable baseline for planning.
This information was then used to inform an Arboricultural Impact Assessment, documenting how proposed buildings, access tracks and service interfaces interacted with existing vegetation.
A tailored Tree Protection Plan was then created to define protection measures and site controls relevant to the construction methodology.
Throughout our involvement, we focused on providing clear, accurate and site-specific arboricultural insights that project teams and approval authorities could rely on. Each of our services was completed on time and on budget.
