The revised alignment, traversing the south-western corner of the site, required reconstruction of sewer infrastructure and careful coordination within a constrained corridor containing both native and exotic tree species, including the removal of four trees to enable construction.
In 2023, Stantec enlisted Tree Survey to provide specialist arboricultural input throughout the assessment and planning stages of this project.
We completed a detailed Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to accurately map tree locations in relation to the proposed sewer deviation and associated construction corridor.
This informed an Arboricultural Impact Assessment that clearly identified potential impacts from trenching, pipe installation, and access requirements, supported by precise drawings and mapping.
A tailored Tree Protection Plan was then developed to provide clear, site-specific guidance for managing tree impacts during excavation and construction.
All services were delivered on time, within budget and in close collaboration with the project team. Ultimately, our precise arboricultural reports helped to inform decision-making and drive more efficient project delivery.
