Lane Cove Road and Bridge Road Intersection Upgrade

This Transport for NSW project responded to growing traffic volumes linked to surrounding employment areas and nearby metro infrastructure. To improve vehicle movement during peak periods, works included new and extended clearways.

In 2021, Tree Survey was engaged to provide arboricultural services during the planning phase of the road upgrade. Our scope included a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to record existing trees within and adjacent to the intersection, followed by an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to document potential effects of the proposed works on surrounding vegetation. Finally, our team developed a tailored Tree Protection Plan to detail measures to safeguard retained trees.

This arboricultural documentation equipped project teams with precise tree details, locations, and protection requirements. To support coordinated planning and delivery of works within this heavily trafficked road corridor, all services were completed on time and on budget.
