Jim Ring Reserve Upgrade

Trees are distributed throughout the reserve, intersecting with proposed channel works, access routes, and construction zones. As a result, Tree Survey was engaged in 2023 to provide arboricultural services during the planning phase.

We began with a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to accurately record tree locations, condition, and structure across the site.

These insights informed an Arboricultural Impact Assessment that identified where channel works and access requirements would interact with surrounding trees, supported by clear, accurate drawings.

Next, we prepared a tailored Tree Protection Plan to deliver practical guidance for managing tree impacts during construction.

These precise arboricultural reports informed the upgrade’s next steps, ensuring tree constraints along the stormwater easements were clearly understood and integrated into project delivery. All services were completed within budget and on time.
