As Leppington evolves from a rural district into a vibrant urban hub, the $23M Ingleburn Road Upgrade plays a vital role in connecting new neighbourhoods and easing growing traffic demands.
Delivered by Camden Council with Beca as lead contractor, the project strengthens one of the suburb’s key transport links between Dickson Road and Eastwood Road.
In 2023, Tree Survey was appointed to provide independent arboricultural guidance to inform design and planning decisions.
Our team mapped and assessed existing vegetation across the corridor, capturing accurate data on species, health and structure through a detailed Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment.
The findings guided a thorough Arboricultural Impact Assessment and the creation of a Tree Protection Plan outlining practical measures for retention, removal and protection during construction.
Ultimately, Tree Survey translated complex site data into clear, actionable insights — helping Camden Council deliver vital infrastructure while maintaining a balanced approach to vegetation management in Leppington’s evolving landscape.
