The $140 million Hill Road Upgrade is improving a key transport corridor between Parramatta Road and Old Hill Link. Transport for NSW is delivering this project to support access to Sydney Olympic Park, the Carter Street Precinct and surrounding areas in Western Sydney.

Works include road widening, intersection upgrades, shared walking and cycling paths, and changes to the M4 Motorway eastbound off-ramp. These updates will enhance traffic flow, road safety and connections.

In 2025, Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure to provide professional and precise arboricultural insights.

Our team completed a detailed Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment, providing precise tree locations alongside clear, accurate drawings and mapping.

We then prepared an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to assess how proposed works could affect individual trees and inform planning decisions.

A project-specific Tree Protection Plan translated these findings into practical measures to safeguard retained trees during construction.

All of our services were completed on time and within budget, giving project teams the reliable information required to manage vegetation efficiently throughout site works.
