Excelsior Reserve Upgrade

After further site assessment, Council progressed staged remediation works to safely manage impacted areas while maintaining the reserve’s broader environmental and recreational function.

In 2025, Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Narla Environmental in 2025 to provide specialist arboricultural support for the project.

First, our team completed a Tree Survey and GIS Analysis to accurately locate existing trees and produce clear mapping across the work area.

We also performed a Preliminary Tree Assessment to document tree health and structure, as well as an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to examine how the proposed remediation works could affect retained vegetation.

We also prepared a Tree Protection Plan outlining practical measures to guide tree protection during site works.

Together, these services have helped the project team plan remediation activities around existing trees with clear, accurate arboricultural information. All documentation was delivered on time and within budget.
