Elliot Park is a popular beachfront reserve on Little Lake Crescent in Warilla, NSW. Led by Stantec on behalf of Shellharbour City Council, its $2.9 million upgrade supported the renewal of recreation areas surrounded by rows of established pine trees.

In 2024, Tree Survey was brought in to provide specialist arboricultural services throughout the planning and construction phases.

Our team completed a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to record tree locations, health, structure and site conditions.

We then prepared an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to identify potential construction impacts, followed by a tailored Tree Protection Plan to guide the management of retained trees during site works.

These precise reports, detailed maps and proactive protection measures helped project teams to safeguard significant vegetation while supporting smooth delivery. All services were performed on schedule and within budget.
