The Dickson Road Upgrade in Leppington, NSW, is a key initiative under Camden Council’s ongoing commitment to improve transport infrastructure across the rapidly-growing South West Sydney region.
Supported by $1.8 million in funding from the NSW Government’s State Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) Program, this project focuses on boosting local traffic flow and connectivity.
In 2024, Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Beca to deliver specialist arboricultural input during the design phase. Our team carried out a detailed Tree Survey and GIS Analysis to record accurate tree locations and spatial data throughout the site.
This was followed by a Preliminary Tree Assessment and Arboricultural Impact Assessment to evaluate potential design impacts on existing vegetation. We then developed a comprehensive Tree Protection Plan to guide future construction and ensure informed planning decisions.
Tree Survey’s accurate mapping, assessments and documentation supported Beca and Camden Council in developing reliable, tree-sensitive outcomes for the Dickson Road Upgrade.
