Cowpasture Road Upgrade

Works included adding a third lane on Cowpasture Road for drivers travelling from Fifteenth Avenue to the M7 Motorway, and an extended right-turn lane from Cowpasture Road onto Fifteenth Avenue and Hoxton Park Road.

In 2024, Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Sustain Joint Venture (SJV) to provide specialist arboricultural support in the planning and construction stages.

Our team began with a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to record tree locations, species, health and structure across the project area.

We then prepared an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to pinpoint potential impacts from the proposed works, followed by a tailored Tree Protection Plan to guide tree management during construction.

By providing accurate tree assessments, clear mapping and practical protection measures, Tree Survey helped project teams make informed decisions for efficient delivery. All services were completed on time and within budget.
