The Cove Boulevard Cycleway, completed in 2024 by Shellharbour City Council, delivers a dedicated route for cyclists through the growing suburb of Shell Cove.
Featuring an on-road bike lane and a shared off-road section at a key pinch point, this project forms part of the Get NSW Active Program—an initiative by Transport for NSW to expand the state’s walking and cycling networks.
Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Stantec to provide specialist arboricultural support throughout planning and construction.
We conducted a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to document existing tree health and structure, followed by an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to evaluate potential construction impacts. A tailored Tree Protection Plan was then prepared to preserve vegetation during site works.
Completed on time and within budget in close collaboration with Stantec and Council project teams, our services were key to supporting a safe, sustainable cycleway.
