First, we conducted a Tree Survey and GIS Analysis to establish accurate tree locations and provided spatial data to support design coordination across the site. This was followed by a Preliminary Tree Assessment, which documented the condition, structure and retention value of each tree.

Meanwhile, an Arboricultural Impact Assessment considered the potential effects of the proposed works on trees both within the development footprint and in adjacent areas, with recommendations developed to reduce and manage impacts where required.

We also prepared a Tree Protection Plan to define protection zones, illustrate key constraints and outline practical measures for implementation during construction.

All services were delivered on time and within budget. These reports supplied CBRE with clear arboricultural guidance, reliable site data and construction-ready documentation to assist with informed project planning and delivery.
