As new buildings, gardens and shared resident spaces were being delivered around established vegetation, the project required clear arboricultural guidance in the early planning stages. In 2024, lead contractor Midson Group Pty Ltd engaged Tree Survey to deliver specialist services.

We started with a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to capture accurate tree locations, health, structure and condition throughout the site. This gave the project team a clear picture of the existing canopy before works progressed.

An Arboricultural Impact Assessment then examined where construction activity, access requirements and landscape changes could affect nearby trees. Next, a Tree Protection Plan set out practical safety measures for retained vegetation.

All services were delivered on schedule and within budget, equipping project teams with the professional insights needed to move the redevelopment forward efficiently.
