The Australian Government’s $1 million Bungendore Road Upgrade strengthened safety and accessibility along a crucial regional corridor in Tarago. Managed by lead contractor Veolia Australia & New Zealand, this project addressed the needs of both local traffic and heavy vehicles servicing nearby industries.
As part of construction, sections of roadside vegetation required clearing. Tree Survey was engaged to provide the specialist arboricultural input needed to guide these works and ensure retained trees were managed appropriately.
Our services included a Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to establish the baseline condition of vegetation, an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to evaluate the effects of clearing and construction, and a tailored Tree Protection Plan for contractors working near preserved trees.
The result was clear, accurate and actionable advice delivered on time and within budget. Equipped with precise mapping and practical direction, Veolia’s team were able to keep this critical road upgrade on track.
