Phil Witten
Principal Arborist and GIS Analyst - North Coast Region
Phil Witten is the Director and Principal Arborist at Tree Survey. He commenced work in the arboriculture industry in early 2010, progressing from a variety of hands-on roles, before moving on to consulting. Phil has used his extensive experience and education to develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to successfully survey, assess and manage large tree populations. Phil has developed a reputation for delivering complex projects within strict timeframes. His reliability and dedication to all the projects he has been involved in has been the foundation for the growth and success of Tree Survey with customer service and satisfaction an important priority. One of the greatest benefits of working as a consulting arborist is the variety of projects with differing landscapes we experience. Phil has worked in many of the most beautiful parts of Australia, including the Heritage Listed Royal National Park, Monga National Park, Blue Mountains National Park and Kosciusko National Park.

Marina Pavlovic
Senior Arborist - Sydney and Blue Mountains Region
Marina has always been passionate about the natural environment, initially starting in the horticultural industry in early 2015. During this time, Marina harnessed a thorough understanding of plant science, tree species, soil health, pest and disease management and environmental sustainability. Building on this foundation, she has progressed into arboriculture, focusing on the care, maintenance, and preservation of trees. Marina brings a well-rounded perspective and dedication to every project she undertakes.

Senior Arborist - South Coast and Canberra Region
Steve Vogel is a well-known member of the arboriculture industry, having worked throughout greater northern Sydney over the past 15 years. Steve is a motivated and thorough consultant providing detailed assessments of all trees and vegetation from small scale domestic areas through to larger infrastructure projects.
