Kilpack Park Upgrade

Its $1.55 million upgrade features a treehouse-style playground, outdoor fitness equipment, widened pathways, improved lighting, upgraded barbecue facilities and extensive landscaping. At the centre of the new playspace is a seven-metre climbing tower, complemented by slides, swings and nature play elements.

In 2025, Tree Survey was engaged by lead contractor Enterprise Landscapes to provide specialist arboricultural support throughout the park’s upgrade.

Our team began with a detailed Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment, providing precise tree locations and reliable information on tree condition and structure.

An Arboricultural Impact Assessment then assessed potential impacts from the proposed works, supported by clear and accurate drawings to inform planning around existing vegetation.

We also prepared a Tree Protection Plan and provided Project Arborist Services during construction, helping to safeguard retained Blue Gums as works progressed.

Overall, our accurate assessments and ongoing arboricultural oversight helped the project team deliver extensive new play, fitness and landscaping infrastructure efficiently. All documentation was provided on schedule and within budget.
