Stanmore Station Upgrade (TAP)

Led by WSP Australia, the project involved complex works within a constrained urban rail corridor, requiring detailed coordination between design, construction and regulatory stakeholders.

In 2021, Tree Survey was engaged to provide specialist arboricultural services to support planning and delivery. Our scope included a comprehensive Tree Survey and Preliminary Tree Assessment to establish accurate baseline data, followed by an Arboricultural Impact Assessment to clearly identify potential conflicts between existing trees and proposed works.

We prepared clear, reliable drawings and maps showing precise tree locations, protection zones and impact areas, supported by accurate assessments of tree condition and structure. These insights informed subsequent arborist services, including the removal of one tree on Trafalgar Street.

Ultimately, our work contributed to efficient project coordination by ensuring arboricultural information was consistent, defensible and fit for use across engineering and construction teams. All services were completed on time and within budget.
